Degrassi Junior High....

Remeber Degrassi? Yeah, sometimes I feel like I'm in it!

Hands up if you've ever had your privacy violated and then been abused for what was 'uncovered'?
I mean, what do you do? You're backed into a corner and all you can say is, 'Well, you weren't supposed to know!' Which doesn't really seem to cut it... but why not when they are the one in the wrong?

An amusing story from a friend (however I can see how it may not have been so amusing at the time);
Friend used to keep a diary which he would leave around the place where he'd last been writing in it. Upon seeing his then current girlfriend one day he was chastised for something he'd never told anyone before. When confronted girlfriend said something to the effect of, "Well, your diary fell open..." Friend has never been comfortable keeping diaries since.

When I was little I used to keep a diary with things like "I love Antonio, we held hands at school today" written in it. It had a lock on it and I thought I hid it pretty well. Apparently not well enough from two little sisters and they'd tease and embarrass me... but this is the sort of thing you expect from your 9 and 10 yo siblings.

Anyway, on a lighter note (i suppose) here are some delightful photos from the tour we took of Fremantle prison the other day. It's just mind boggling what we do to our fellow human beings, even if they are criminals.

That's a hot web-counter. Now say hot...hoooooooot...hawwwt....etc etc.
I should have gone to the beach this morning. It was a good time to go, instead of wasting it faffing around at home.
CHOIR CONCERT TOMORROW NIGHT. Laura is silly and is not coming. We shall deal with her later...
